Stacked Bear Boards Loader/Unloader (Destacker)
This unit is designed for loading/unloading the bare boards onto/off the SMT line in a high speed.
Unique separation cams of the stacked loader take one PCB from the bottom of the stacked panels and softly lower it on the ESD belts to transfer it to the downstream machine.
The PCB detacker is used for unloading bear board from the PCB intelligent assembly line. The PCB board is transferring on the electronic assembly line, it can continuously jack up the PCB board from the belt conveyor one by one and finish unloading operation.

By-pass mode selectable and can use as a PCB conveyor on the SMT assembly line.

Pre-signal alarm for PCB lower stack heights.
Heavy bottom design to prevent shifting.
Smooth and parallel width adjustment by the crank wheel (optional: motorized).
