SMT Automatic PCB Loader Advantages
This series loader is designed for automatic loading of PCBs in SMT production lines. The unit loads PCB automatically after receiving the board signal from the host, push the PCB’s out of a magazine rack onto the conveyor of the downstream machine. Connect with SMT and AI machines, safety design ensure no PCB broken when it is pushed.
With easy operation, high accuracy, automatic counting, fault alarm functions, it is needed for a full range of automation equipment.
The machine frame adopts high-strength iron plate, aviation aluminum profile, stable and strong.
PLC program control system.
Selectable pitch setting(10,20,30,40mm).
Lifting adopts servo motor and precision ball screw, with high accuracy.
Special gas circuit design guaranty no PCB breakage.
Automatically diagnosing fault code display function.
User-friendly “soft touch” LED membrane control panel.
Loading and unloading magazine pneumatic clamps ensure more accurate positioning of the magazine.
Standard SMEMA communication interface can communicate with other automation equipment, and SMEMA cables are included.
