SMT PCB Automatic Unloader Advantages
This series device is using at the terminal of the SMT PCB production line for automatic unloading of PCBs.
After receiving the board signal from the host, while receiving the PCB piece by piece, then push the PCB into the material rack for storage or transfer.
Our innovative design ensures that PCBs are unloaded from magazines quickly and efficiently, reducing wait times and increasing throughput. Its advanced technology ensures that sensitive components are handled with care, reducing the risk of damage, and ensuring high-quality output.

User-friendly “soft touch” LED membrane control panel.
Flexible platform to suit standard magazines.
Top and bottom pneumatic clamps to secure the magazine rack.
