SMT PCB NG/OK Buffer Stocker Machine
This SMT buffer is used for NG/OK board caching and re-judgment of PCB boards on SMT production line, usually used after the SPI/AOI machine in the automatic SMT line. The operator can CALL for NG boards stacked in the rack onto the upper layer rail of the conveyor part to inspect them visually. In contrast, the ok boards keep passing through to the downstream machine without interruption.
SMT PCB NG/OK buffer is the perfect solution for electronics manufacturers who require a reliable efficient, and easy to use buffer system for the production line. With the ability to sort and store NG and OK PCBs separately, this buffer helps streamline the assembly process and prevent errors.
